  • Phone readings, you must call the office at the start of your schedule appointment time.
  • All phone readings must be prepaid within 24 hours of booking. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, it must be done 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. There will be a $50 re-booking fee. If appointments are not rescheduled within 48 hours or kept. The appointment fee is non-refundable.
  • All appointments, including phone readings, are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • If you do not call or arrive at or on your scheduled appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
  • Ana is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to missed or cancelled appointments this includes but is not limited to travel expenses in or out of state, or lost income due to a day off of work.
  • If Ana is not feeling well and has to cancel your appointment please understand that it is in your best interest to ensure you receive the highest quality and most accurate reading.
  • Recording of readings is strictly prohibited.

Please send payment in terms of cashiers check or money order made payable to Ana’s Metaphysical.This includes all phone readings and office appointments.

What is an aura
Your aura is the energy field that surrounds your body. It acts as a magnetic filed of energy that picks up on emotions, health, psychic debris and circumstances around you. Your aura can experience stress as you exchange energies with those around you, which is exactly why you need to clean your auric field from time to time.

An aura and blessing usually takes a month and a half to two months to complete. Ana will then instruct you on rituals and prayers to perform based on the phases of the moon.

You cannot bring back someone from your past if they don’t love you, nor can you pray to marry someone who doesn’t love you…These are things that will not be a part of a blessing.

We cannot play with fate, we can only protect and make a happy home by bringing peace in a home and peace in your life.

Please keep in mind this is not a doctor's office that cures you from disease. This is also not a psychiatric or psychologist office that can take care of your mental illness either. The blessing in cleaning an aura is to remove negative energies and evil eye, which is completely different. Cleaning energies and removing them is a spiritual journey
